This is because of the precise quantities of calcium and phosphorous in its ingredients.

After 15months since the birth of the German shepherd, it can be fed Royal Canin German Shepherd adult. This food has ingredients like Brewers rice, brown rice, oat groats, chicken fat, pork meal, etc. Larger breed dogs have a larger colonic transit time and also a higher colonic permeability, thus making their stools of poor quality.
