Royal Canin Medium Starter & Medium Adult Review
I am Gurmeet Rahana from Delhi. I have two Yorkshire Terriers. One is 1 month old and her name is Stacy, whereas the other one is 1 year and 3 months old, his name is Brucy. I adopted them from a Yorkshire breeder. Brucy and Stacy are the most important part of my life. They are like my kids. They cheer me up when i am down and make me all the more happy when I am in a pleasant mood.
I am very possessive when it comes to their health. Therefore, I only choose the best for them. That is Royal Canin!!! Recently, in an attempt to opt for a little cheaper food, I chose an alternative for Royal Canin. Which didn’t really go down well with my babies. So I hopped back to Royal Canin.
I did a lot of research and opted for Royal Canin Medium Adult for Brucy, my terrier who is 1 year and 3 months. This dog food is actually meant for medium sized dogs in the age group of 1 to 7 years. Brucy loved the kibble. The size and shape of its kibble are apt for my terrier as he easily picks it up, chews it and happily gulps it down. Apart from that, even if I feed him the same dog food thrice a day, he happily eats it without leaving back any food.
One day I thought of making this dog food more enjoyable for Brucy. So, I smashed some sweet potato puree, spinach puree, and yogurt together with Royal Canin Medium Adult. Brucy TOTALLY loves this recipe and keeps wagging her tail till she gulps down the entire bowl.
Just recently, I brought home Stacy, my 1-month-old terrier. The way Brucy loved the Royal Canin dog food, i thought even Stacy will love Royal Canin. So, I brought 10Kgs of Royal Canin Medium Starter. This dog food is meant for (medium sized dog breeds) bitches during gestation and lactation and for weaning puppies up to 2 months old.
Whenever I offered Stacy this dog food, she plainly refused it. She used to stick her nose into the food and then crawl away. I have no clue what would I do with the 10 kgs huge dog food pack!! I guess I will donate it to some dog shelter home around ?
